Foundation Lead Co. is a brand operated by Gump Global LLC ("we", "us"). This policy explains what we collect when a business contacts us through this website or through one of our lead forms on Facebook or Instagram, and how we use it.

What we collect

When you submit our contact form or a Meta lead form, we collect the details you enter: your name, company, business email, phone number, the areas you serve and the foundation services you are interested in. We also record basic technical information with each submission, such as the page address, date and time, IP address and browser type, to prevent abuse and keep records of the request.

How we use it

We use this information to review your service area, contact you by phone, text or email about supplying foundation repair leads to your business, and keep a record of our conversations. We do not use it for any unrelated purpose.

Analytics

We use PostHog, an analytics service, to understand how visitors use this website. It records pages viewed, clicks, form steps completed and, for some visits, a replay of on-page activity. Anything typed into a form field is masked in these replays, and we do not use analytics to identify individual visitors. PostHog processes this data on our behalf.

Sharing

We do not sell the information you give us. We share it only with service providers that help us run this website and our communications (for example web hosting, form storage, email and messaging tools), and when required by law.

Text messages (SMS)

Texts are optional. When you set up your leads, you can check a separate, unchecked box that says "Text me my leads and account updates. Msg and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out." If you check it, Foundation Lead Co. texts you new lead alerts and account updates (setup reminders, payment receipts and account changes). Message frequency varies with how many leads you receive. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop texts at any time, or HELP for help. Texting is never required to use our service.

Mobile numbers and text message consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Retention

We keep your information for as long as needed to discuss and provide our services to you and to meet legal and accounting obligations. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

Your choices

You can ask us to stop contacting you, or to access, correct or delete your information, by emailing [email protected]. You can reply STOP to any text message from us to stop receiving texts.

Changes

We may update this policy. The effective date above shows when it last changed.
